Chestnuts, villas, pancakes, apartments and “panettone” are some of the ingredients that have characterized the pleasant Christmas Greetings Event at Parchitello Alta. The complex is well known for being one of best urban resort in Apulia, from beautiful villas to gorgeous flats. The building area was transformed into a typical winter party, with many buyers mixed with engeneers, architects and workers .The warmth of roasted chestnuts and the good wine “Primitivo”, favored a joyful atmosphere among the 160 guests, not at all intimidated by the rain falling on the Bari town centre. Next January will be presented the new calendar of Open Weekend 2013 to make more tangible the sustainability of these properties, as the most innovative in Europe.
