Parchitello is part of a prestigious residential complex named Parchitello and built at the beginning of the 80’s in order to satisfy the need to live in a green area with an excellent climate and with prestigious dwellings. The park valorization started with the recovery of all previous structures and the cleaning of the area, it will continue with the creation of suitable structures in order to guarantee its use and we expect to complete all works by 2013.
The Parchitello complex is today the biggest villas area closed to Bari, one of the biggest in Italy. The big green area can be covered on foot or by bike on internal paths 42 km long. Outside whoever likes jogging has the chance to run among olive tree groves and vineyards.
Parchitello Alta is easy to access from the city’s road network and it is well linked to Bari’s ring road with the provincial road Torre a Mare - Noicattaro. The complex is at just 12 km from Bari city centre and at 21 km from the International Bari Airport Karol Woityla. Whoever lives or works in the area of Parchitello will already find the following businesses: café, pizzeria, butchery, grocery, confectionery, bakery, pharmacy, animal food supplier, medical services, consulting room, consulting services, church, parish hall, kindergarten, grammar school and junior high school.
In a few months time the following businesses will be opened in the same area: working offices, shops, farmers market, ATM, hall for events, restaurant, lounge bar, wellness centre, health clinic, game room, hotel and a sport area. All these structures will be in a panoramic nice context and will be served by close parking areas.
